Intended for use in wetter conditions, Sea to Summit’s synthetic-insulated sleeping bags share many of the same technical features and ergonomic shapes as the down sleeping bag range. Core to their performance is WaveLoft construction.Sheets of synthetic insulation are sewn in to form a ‘W’cross-section, which maximizes loft for a given weight.

OUR SYNTHETIC SLEEPING BAGS FEATURE:

THERMOLITE INSULATION: On our high-end bags we use a proprietary blend of THERMOLITE branded insulation, where fine denier hollow-core fibres provide higher loft and superior compressibility.
WAVE LOFT CONSTRUCTION: WaveLoft construction uses thick layers of synthetic insulation looped together to gain extra loft and trap extra pockets of warm air for superior insulation.
SECURED LINING FABRIC: Lining fabric is secured to both the insulation and the shell to keep it secure, and to prevent the feeling of getting caught in a loose lining fabric.
SOFTER LINING FABRICS: Soft-touch nylon fabric is smooth andcomfortable next to skin.
